Qualifications

• Interpret and interpret design packages for projects and job site specs.
• Familiarity with National Electrical Code and AHJ requirements.
• Must read, document, and maintain records for audits and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Maintain quality control procedures for each stage of manufacturing/installation and conduct inspections and audits.
• Collect data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Keep accurate records and ensure documentation is complete and accessible for audits.
• Implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement with project teams.
• Monitor customer feedback and address concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate quality issues with installation teams and coordinate resolutions.
