Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years electrical construction, QC, or commissioning experience.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications, submittals, single-line diagrams and other contract documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must adapt to a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Experience collaborating with field and management on quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a quality culture and implement quality from the start.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Lead the Quality/Commissioning programs on projects with site quality plans and procedures.
• Manage OFCI equipment verification and documentation.
• Coordinate FOD inspections prior to energization of MV/LV equipment.
• Accurately torque bolts and conduct megger testing per safety standards.
• Maintain inspection and torque/megger records.
• Support daily to monthly project meetings and energization processes.
• Conduct audits and root-cause analysis for quality incidents.
• Prepare daily quality reports and drive corrective actions.
• Identify and mitigate quality risks.
