EarthCam is seeking a skilled Quality Control Technician in New Jersey to join our QC team. This mid-level role focuses on inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical or technical systems in a production setting.

The successful candidate will ensure products meet quality standards, document results, and support continuous improvement within the QC process. Independence and collaboration with engineers and production teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or technical testing.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems and testing procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and validate electrical systems and components as part of QC.
• Perform functional and diagnostic testing using appropriate equipment.
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve product or system issues.
• Identify trends or recurring issues and elevate as needed.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Follow QC workflows while contributing to process improvements.
• Collaborate with QC leadership and cross-functional teams.
