Job summary

EarthCam is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our Quality Control team. This is a mid-level, hands-on role for an individual with prior experience in inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical or technical systems within a production or quality-driven environment.

The Quality Control Technician will play an active role in ensuring product quality, identifying issues, and supporting continuous improvement within the QC process.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a Quality Control, inspection, or technical testing role.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems and testing procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with documentation, reporting, and quality records.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and validate electrical systems and components as part of the QC process
• Perform functional and diagnostic testing using appropriate testing equipment
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve product or system issues
• Identify trends or recurring issues and elevate as needed
• Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications
• Follow established QC workflows while contributing to process improvements
• Collaborate with QC leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain quality objectives
