Job summary

D&L Electric in Georgia is seeking an Electrical QC Representative to lead quality control on commercial and industrial electrical projects. You will review specs, develop QC plans, audit installations, and coach electricians to meet standards, with strong Excel/Office skills and clear communication.

This role requires field experience, the ability to work with foremen and clients to ensure safe, compliant systems, and a proactive approach to problem solving on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 5 years of field experience in a QC role.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Review client specifications with the construction team.
• Develop and implement project-specific quality control plans.
• Audit installations and report issues to Foreman or Superintendents.
• Conduct and document QC checks for clients or D&L Electric.
• Commission new systems with the team or clients.
• Coach electricians to meet QC and specification requirements.
