Job summary

K2 Electric, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Foreman to ensure electrical installations meet NEC standards and project specifications. You will lead QC scheduling, perform regular job walks, and drive non-conformance resolution across field teams.

Responsibilities include training crews, maintaining Means and Methods standards, and reporting QC status to stakeholders. Strong NEC knowledge and audit experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the NEC and its application on commercial/industrial electrical projects.
• Experience performing quality inspections or compliance audits on job sites.
• Ability to read and review electrical plans and specifications to ensure conformance.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills for non-conformances and actions.
• Ability to align quality control with project schedules and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed quality control schedule aligned with project phases (OH, IW, UG, TRIM).
• Conduct regular job walks to inspect electrical installations for quality and NEC compliance.
• Identify and report non-conformances with corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with foremen and project managers to integrate QC checkpoints into schedules.
• Maintain living standards for Means and Methods and NEC compliance.
• Train field teams on NEC updates and project-specific QC requirements.
