Job summary

Kelso Industries is seeking a Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager to lead inspection programs for electrical installations performed by field teams. You will ensure adherence to project specifications, NEC codes, and quality standards across multiple sites.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with Project Managers and field personnel to drive successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Previous QA/QC or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control inspections of electrical installations.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and codes.
• Identify deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Review electrical drawings and project documentation.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and inspection reports.
• Assist with project closeout and punch list completion.
• Promote company quality standards and continuous improvement.
