Job summary

Faith Technologies, a leading provider in construction, engineering, manufacturing and renewable energy, seeks a Quality Control Field Manager to lead commissioning services on site, implement the Commissioning Plan, and coach teams to uphold Faith Quality Advantage standards.

This role requires 10+ years in the field, including at least 5 years as a project superintendent, a Journeyman's or Master's license, and travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 10+ years of field experience with at least 5 years as a project superintendent.
• Journeyman's or Master's License required.
• Willing to travel 75%.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conducts quality inspections to ensure Faith Quality Advantage processes and installation standards are followed.
• Participates in cross-functional teams to develop and refine job site quality processes.
• Provides analysis to the Commissioning Manager regarding job site quality.
• Coaches field employees and project staff on quality matters.
• Develops commissioning schedules and methods of procedures for critical activities.
