Job summary

Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks an experienced Electrical QAQC Manager to join the Modular team and bring a data‑driven approach to quality for complex construction projects.

You will develop and implement quality processes, lead planning sessions, and oversee inspections, commissioning, and reporting to ensure project requirements are met. This role requires on-site collaboration with trade contractors and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction QA/QC, preferably within advanced technology or closely related sectors.
• Experience with QA/QC software, documentation tools, and data analysis (e.g., ACC Build, Procore, PowerBI, Smartsheet, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative quality planning sessions with project stakeholders to develop project-specific quality plans and checklists; validate specifications, identify critical milestones, and align quality goals with the project schedule.
• Manage inspections, energization, and commissioning activities; document results and use data to track progress and identify potential deficiencies to ensure systems meet quality standards before handover.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of QA/QC activities, test results, issues, and corrective actions; generate clear reports for project stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong foundation in quality standards, codes, and best practices for advanced technology construction projects; seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify and address potential quality issues; lead root-cause analysis, develop corrective actions, and implement preventive measures.
• Guide project teams and subcontractors in understanding quality standards and procedures.
• Travel as needed for on-site project management, client meetings, and field constructability reviews.

• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and specialized quality specifications for advanced technology and data centers.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic construction environment and interacting directly with trade contractors on the jobsite.

Physical Requirements

Work may require periods of standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and prolonged periods sitting at a desk while working on a computer.
