Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a QA/QC Technician for on-site work in Front Range, CO. You will develop and maintain QA/QC programs, perform inspections and electrical testing, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and project requirements.

The role emphasizes safety, precision, and teamwork to support critical electrical projects. You will document findings, prepare reports for management and clients, and collaborate with project teams to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in QA/QC roles within electrical industry is highly desirable.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Control, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with testing equipment and tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• OSHA10 or higher and safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust QA/QC program for electrical projects, reviewing plans and specs.
• Conduct inspections of electrical installations, equipment, and materials for compliance with codes and project requirements.
• Perform electrical testing, measurements, and functional checks to ensure safety and reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and test results; submit reports to managers and clients.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Provide guidance on quality and safety standards to project personnel.
