Job summary

Loenbro Southwest is seeking an Electrical QA/QC Technician to ensure top quality and safety across electrical projects. You will conduct inspections, tests, and document results to support project managers and clients.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in QA/QC within the electrical industry, with a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred, and a strong grasp of electrical codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Candidates have 1–3 years in QA/QC within electrical industry (desirable).
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Control or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, industry standards, and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain a robust QA/QC program for electrical projects, including review of project plans and specifications.
• Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of electrical installations, equipment, and materials to verify compliance with standards and project requirements.
• Testing: Perform electrical testing, measurements, and functional checks to ensure safety and reliability of systems.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance issues; prepare reports for managers and clients.
• Compliance: Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
• Problem-Solving: Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Training: Guide project personnel on quality and safety standards; promote a culture of quality excellence.
