Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical in Lithia Springs, GA seeks a full-time QA/QC Coordinator to support quality assurance standards, inspect installations, and coordinate audits with project teams.

You will review non-conformances, track corrective actions, maintain QA records, and ensure compliance with codes and company policies. Requires 2–5 years electrical construction experience and proficient MS Office.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating QA/QC activities in construction projects.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) for reporting.
• Able to pass background and MVR checks where required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in development of Quality Assurance standards and continuous improvement evaluations and revisions
• Identifies non-conformances and issues corrective/preventive action reports
• Monitors corrective actions and verifies closure of quality issues
• Maintains accruate QA/QC documentation and records
• Reports quality performance metrics to management
• Coordinates inspections, tests, and audits at various project stages
• Ensures compliance with project specifications, company standards, and applicable codes/regulations
• Performs onsite inspections of equipment and installations
• Proactively works with Project Team to ensure all installations are installed correctly the first time
• Performs work onsite with the Project Team in performing all inspections and reports
• Ensures compliance with all company and customer Safety policies and procedures.
