IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical in Lithia Springs, Georgia, seeks a full-time QA/QC Coordinator to support quality assurance standards and site inspections across electrical construction projects.

The role requires 2–5 years of electrical construction experience, HS diploma, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel/Word; Data Center and field experience preferred; visa sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

2-5 years of electrical (industrial or commercial) construction experience.
Understanding of electrical construction standards, equipment, and installations.
Data Center experience preferred.
Electrical Field experience preferred.
Proficient in Excel and Word.
Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
Willing to pass pre-employment background and MVR checks where required.

Responsibilities

Assist in development of Quality Assurance standards and continuous improvement evaluations and revisions.
Identify non-conformances and issue corrective/preventive action reports.
Monitor corrective actions and verify closure of quality issues.
Maintain QA/QC documentation and records.
Report quality performance metrics to management.
Coordinate inspections, tests, and audits at various project stages.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and applicable codes/regulations.
Perform onsite inspections of equipment and installations.
Work with Project Team to ensure installations are correct the first time.
Perform work onsite with the Project Team performing inspections and reports.
Ensure compliance with all company and customer Safety policies and procedures.
