Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction quality assurance and control, preferably in advanced technology or data center environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and specialized QA/QC specifications for advanced technology projects.
• Experience with QA/QC software and data analysis tools such as ACC Build, Procore, Power BI, Smartsheet, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative quality planning sessions with project stakeholders to develop project-specific quality plans and checklists.
• Manage inspections, energization, and commissioning activities, documenting results and using data to track progress and identify deficiencies.
• Maintain comprehensive records of QA/QC activities, test results, and corrective actions; generate clear reports for stakeholders.
• Develop and apply QA/QC knowledge; pursue continuous improvement in processes and standards.
• Lead root-cause analyses, corrective actions, and preventive measures for quality issues.
• Mentor and develop project teams and subcontractors on QA/QC standards and procedures.
