Job summary

LRS Federal LLC is seeking an Electrical Engineering Technician / QA for a full-time, on-site role at a project site in Whiteriver, AZ. The incumbent will review electrical designs, submittals, shop drawings, and installation activities to ensure compliance with documents and project requirements.

The position combines aspects of project engineering, field engineering, and quality assurance inspection. Preference is given to candidates with healthcare project experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in industrial, utility, manufacturing, federal, or heavy commercial construction projects.
• Experience reviewing electrical equipment submittals and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE standards, and medium-voltage distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings and specifications for constructability and coordination.
• Evaluate contractor submittals, shop drawings, product data, calculations and equipment packages.
• Review testing and commissioning procedures and track deficiencies.
• Support design coordination meetings and installation planning.
