Job summary

Qualifications

• BSEE with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of analog circuits.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with electrical test equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Uphold QA policies and procedures.
• Test, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electronic products.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and calibrations.
• Maintain documentation of evaluation results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.
• Respond to RMAs via email/phone.
• Manage inventory of electronic assemblies.
• Provide data for quality improvements.
• Issue warranty replacements and credits with Finance/Sales.
• Perform calibration on internal test boxes.
