Job summary

Fireye, a leader in combustion and flame detection safety solutions that safeguard people and property, is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer Technician to join our team in Derry, New Hampshire.

Under supervision and following established procedures, provide technical support to Quality, Production, Operations, Manufacturing and Test Engineers. You will test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic products, following schedules, specifications, schematics, and IPC-610 standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, esp. test support and PCB fault analysis.
• Associates degree in Electronics or related field.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic products.
• Follow procedures, schematics, and change orders to guide testing.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of test equipment.
• Analyze documents and suggest test/process improvements.
