Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management with Electrical & PV (Solar) background (data centers & BESS preferred).
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, ProCore, and other CM software tools.
• Knowledge of reading blueprints, schematics, and project lifecycles.
• Leadership to maintain scheduling and coordination in active sites.
• Strong time management and communication with clients, subcontractors, and team.
• Certifications in CM or related fields preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and coordinating all phases of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Oversee daily on-site operations, enforce safety protocols and efficiency.
• Read blueprints, schematics and SOW to ensure accurate execution.
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients for smooth workflows.
• Maintain budgets, timelines, and resources to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Utilize industry software for project documentation and coordination.
• Address issues proactively with effective construction management strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of progress, changes, and issues for reporting.
