Job summary

Loenbro in Omaha, NE seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead field electrical operations on construction and industrial projects. You will oversee installation, scheduling, workforce supervision, safety compliance, and quality control to deliver on time and within budget.

You will coordinate with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and clients, recruit and develop foremen and journeymen, and maintain safety standards while utilising our top-tier equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing 2-4 electrical crews/projects with budgets of $10M–$25M and margins over 13%.
• Proven ability to supervise 50–70 employees across one or more sites.
• Experience leading large construction and data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Organize and field-manage electrical projects; improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead 2–4 crews and multiple projects; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Supervise 4+ supervisors; ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
