Zusammenfassung

AG SOLUTIONS LLC seeks an Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from planning through commissioning. You will procure materials, manage submittals, assign crews, and track progress to stay within budget. Occasional travel (up to 30–40%) and a company vehicle are provided for site work.

The ideal candidate has deep electrical construction knowledge, leadership skills, and experience with Procore. Travel and on-site supervision are required as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical/equipment/related field preferred.
• Previous experience as Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Foreman/Supervisor.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Travel up to 30–40% and company vehicle provided for-site travel.
• Deep knowledge of NEC and electrical construction methods.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end electrical construction projects from pre-construction to commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones and deliverables.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, and profitability analysis.
• Review drawings, specs, and contract documents to ensure scope compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers, owners, GC's, and internal teams on requirements and execution strategy.
• Prepare bids and quotes; develop pricing for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Manage procurement of electrical materials and equipment; ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation (Procore).
• Lead field teams, assign work, and ensure productivity and quality.
