Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Projects Director to lead large commercial low-voltage and data center buildouts across facilities. You will translate concepts into executable plans, coordinate schedules, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

You will own full financial oversight, manage commitments, costs, and cash flow, and work with field teams and subcontractors to resolve issues while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in the Low Voltage industry.
• Experience in planning, directing, and coordinating construction and maintenance for commercial environments.
• Ability to manage budgets, cash flow, and cost tracking across a project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Translating early concepts into executable construction plans for large commercial projects.
• Coordinating schedules and sequences to prevent bottlenecks and meet deadlines.
• Building and submitting reliable budget estimates and issuing progress reports.

Coordinating schedules and sequences so work progresses without bottlenecks and deadlines are met. Building and submitting reliable budget estimates; issuing periodic progress reports; and maintaining cost tracking to keep financials in control. Issuing purchase orders for major equipment and subcontracted scopes, detailing shipping requirements, forecasting delivery dates, and obtaining advance delivery notices. Partnering with the trade foreman to facilitate accurate material takeoffs and timely procurement. Backing field personnel in their collaboration with other subcontractors and resolving field issues as they surface.
