B&I Contractors, Inc. is Florida’s growing MEP contractor seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead multiple project sites, supervise Foremen, and ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

You will coordinate with PM and field teams, read plans and specs, review materials, and drive safety and performance across projects in the Florida market. This role demands strong leadership and a focus on quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of field experience, including 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications and technical documentation.
• Comprehensive understanding of Electrical systems and applicable codes.
• Experience with scheduling and manpower planning.
• Florida Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Foremen and field teams to meet project schedules and budgets.
• Interpret plans, specs, and submittals.
• Plan manpower and resources to maximize field productivity.
• Conduct site visits to monitor safety and quality.
• Coordinate with PM/Foreman and client representatives.
• Maintain accurate records and daily logs and safety documents.
• Review procurement of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Provide cost controls and progress updates.
