EPI Power, the electrical contractor on data center projects and a subsidiary of The Weitz Company, is hiring an Electrical Project Superintendent. The role leads subcontractors, manages safety, and partners with the Project Manager to control schedule and budget while building strong client and vendor relationships.

The position involves a Monday–Saturday schedule and opportunities to mentor and develop a high-performing team, with a focus on quality and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Superintendent experience required.
• Experience on data center projects highly desired.
• Electrical background required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site.
• Maintain project safety in accordance with the Company’s Safety Policy.
• Work with the Project Manager to manage schedule and budget.
• Prepare two‑week look ahead schedules.
• Update project schedules utilizing scheduling software.
• Assist with buyout and selection of subcontractors.
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors’ field forces.
• Communicate with owners, designers, and engineers.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Adhere to company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Provide opportunities to help the team develop, learn, and grow.
• Foster positive relationships on the jobsite.

EPI Power is hiring an Electrical Project Superintendent to join our team working on data center projects. The Electrical Project Superintendent plays a critical role in establishing a safety culture on the jobsite and will work closely with the Project Manager to manage schedule, budget, and staff to achieve the best outcome possible. This role will also create/maintain effective client, vendor, supplier, and subcontractor relationships.

This role requires a 6-day per week schedule, Monday – Saturday.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:
  • 5+ years of Project Superintendent experience required
  • Experience working on data center projects highly desired
  • Electrical background required
• Skills:
  • Ability to read/interpret construction documents
  • Knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent project organizational skills
  • Impressive leadership skills with the desire to teach, mentor, and develop a team
  • Business acumen and relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Technology:
  • Proficient in basic computer software including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn specific job‑related software upon hire
