ISEE Career Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to drive multiple projects in its Power Transformer and Switchgear business. You will manage scope, budget, and resources, coordinating with factory teams and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and cost control.

The role requires strong PM skills, travel up to 20%, and fluency in English and Korean. SAP knowledge and logistics insight are preferred, with responsibility for risk mitigation and regular status reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of direct project management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Fluency in English and Korean, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and anticipate future requirements.
• Review project scope, schedules, and documents for accuracy.
• Produce daily/weekly progress reports and communicate with contractors and clients.
• Lead customer meetings (remote or on-site) and provide status updates.
• Coordinate production schedules with factory departments and logistics.
• Assist finance with invoicing and project funding.
• Develop risk mitigation plans to prevent problems and stay on schedule.
