Job summary

Knobelsdorff (KE) is seeking a Construction Project Manager to own project performance, including schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction, while leading teams across field and office. The role requires extensive onsite presence, ensuring safety and progress, and coordinating with stakeholders on change orders and risk mitigation.

  • Travel is required.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years of experience managing onsite constructionprojects (heavy commercial, data centers, or industrial projects required)
  • Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project teams
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Proven experience managing customer expectations and resolving issues
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with project financials, forecasting, and reporting
  • Preferred: Experience with Procore, Viewpoint, or similar tools
  • Preferred: Experience managing subcontractors and change orders
  • Travel is REQUIRED

Pay Range

$110,000 - $160,000
