Job summary

Knobelsdorff is hiring for a seasoned project management role in the United States. You will own project performance across schedules and budgets, lead cross-functional teams, and serve as the main client contact on diverse industrial and data center projects.

You will oversee forecasting, financial health, and risk mitigations while ensuring safety standards are met on-site. Travel is required, and you will coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to deliver on time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing onsite construction projects (heavy commercial, data centers, or industrial projects required).
• Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven experience managing customer expectations and resolving issues.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with project financials, forecasting, and reporting.
