Job summary

P1 Construction, LLC is seeking an Electrical Assistant Project Manager for our Advanced Technologies/Mission Critical construction group for a jobsite in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. This is a project management role based on-site with travel to out-of-town jobs as needed, supported by our Midwest corporate office in Lenexa, KS.

Future work will be in the Midwest. The candidate should have 1 year of electrical construction PM experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, electrical engineering, or business related discipline OR at least five years of electrical construction field experience OR equivalent combination.
• Ability to travel to out-of-area jobsites as needed.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned jobsites, including out-of-area locations.
• Manage electrical construction projects or assist project managers on large projects, coordinating field staff, subcontractors, and vendors; ensure compliance with contracts, budgets, and safety requirements.
• Assist in project coordination, scheduling, and construction.
• Monitor project accounting and profitability.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to project completion on time and within budget.
