Job summary

Harris & Co Executive Search is seeking a Project Manager for electrical and mission critical construction to lead projects from planning through closeout. You’ll own execution, drive safety, and build client relationships for repeat work.

The role requires 5+ years PM experience in electrical construction, a related degree, and strong communication and organizational skills. On-site leadership across projects is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in electrical construction or similar.
• Bachelor's preferred; equivalent studies or experience considered.
• Completion of or enrollment in an approved electrical apprenticeship a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, staff, and schedule electrical and mission critical projects to meet scope and timelines.
• Own project execution end to end, from plans to field issue resolution.
• Provide on-site leadership across multiple projects, directing crews.
• Coordinate field installations and closeouts, controlling cost, schedule and quality.
• Visit job sites to engage with crews, customers and general contractors.
• Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships.
