Michels Power, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead heavy industrial electrical construction projects across North America. You will manage safety, schedule, budget, procurement, and stakeholder communications from startup through commissioning.
The role requires 5+ years in project management, a degree in construction, engineering, or related field, and proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, and AEC Cloud tools. Travel about 50% is expected.

We provide comprehensive project oversight from planning and scheduling through procurement, construction, quality assurance, commissioning, and project closeout.

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of heavy industrial electrical construction projects from project startup through commissioning and closeout. You will be responsible for project safety, financial performance, contract administration, procurement, scheduling, customer relationships, subcontractor management, and overall project execution.
This position supports projects involving industrial electrical systems, power generation facilities, Midstream energy infrastructure, compressor stations, pipeline facilities, manufacturing plants, processing facilities, and other critical electrical infrastructure throughout North America.
Success requires strong leadership, communication skills, business acumen, and a commitment to delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with customer expectations.
