Bear Electrical Solutions, a GreenArrow company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from pre-construction planning through closeout. You’ll own budgets, schedules, permits, subcontractors, client communication, safety expectations, documentation, and field coordination.

This hands-on leadership role balances detail with accountability, enabling you to lead teams, solve problems, and deliver work the right way.

Qualifications

Experience leading electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management experience.
Knowledge of NEC, permitting, and jobsite safety standards.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical construction projects from award through closeout, including planning, scheduling, execution, and final documentation.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, submittals, billing, and project reporting.
Coordinate with clients, design teams, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and internal departments to keep work moving forward.
Prepare project implementation plans including safety plans and risk management strategies.
Negotiate subcontractor and vendor agreements and ensure permits/licenses are in place.
Mentor workers and support team development to improve project delivery.
