Job summary

Hunt Electric, Inc. is seeking a qualified Electrical Project Manager in Colorado to oversee projects from bidding through construction. The role focuses on client relations, timely delivery, and adherence to electrical construction standards.

The candidate will handle cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, change management, and coordination with vendors while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. This is a full‑time on‑site position with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical project installation experience and 2+ years in electrical construction, design, finance, and management.

Responsibilities

• Bid, takeoff and prepare cost estimates.
• Prepare preconstruction budgets and scheduling.
• Oversee project per contract documents and specs.
• Process shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and changes.
• Manage change orders and schedule of values/billings.
• Monitor costs and report on schedule and cost status.
• Learn estimation for large-scale electrical projects.
• Lead project meetings as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and resolve submittal/delivery issues.
