Qualifications

• Candidates should hold an Electrical license and have experience as a field electrician or foreman.
• 5+ years of electrical project management experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office and Bluebeam.
• Solid understanding of project financials.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical project development and execution, including take-offs, safety, as-builts, coordination layouts, scheduling, documentation, labor and materials tracking/submittals.
• Build relationships with general contractors and suppliers and participate in job meetings.
• Lead a team and mentor field staff to drive performance and safety.
• Own the budget process from start to finish.
