Qualifications

• Solid understanding of project financials.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical project development and execution, including take-offs, safety, as-builts, coordination layouts, scheduling, documentation, labor and materials tracking/submittals.
• Build relationships with general contractors and suppliers and participate in job meetings.
• Lead a team and mentor field staff to drive performance and safety.
• Own the budget process from start to finish.

Our growing company is seeking an experienced Project Manager that can oversee multiple electrical construction projects valued at $1M to $5M+ based out of our office in Charlotte, NC.

The Project Manager position requires initiative, attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly and a strong capability to manage relationships with people across all levels utilizing solid communication skills. This is an ideal position for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high quality and safe electrical installations in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing all phases of electrical project development and execution to include take-offs, safety, project as-builts, coordination layouts, scheduling, documentation, labor, and materials tracking/submittals.
• Building relationships through communicating and coordinating with general contractors, suppliers and attending job meetings.
• Leading a team and growing talent by interacting with and coaching field staff
• Owning the budget process from start to finish.

Must Haves:

• Candidates should have an Electrical license and experience as a field electrician or foreman,
• 5+ years of electrical project management experience
• Demonstrated computer skills (MS Office and Bluebeam)
• Solid understanding of project financials
