Job summary

Tres West Engineers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer Project Manager to lead our electrical design team across multiple concurrent projects in the Pacific Northwest.

The role combines design execution with hands-on project management, ensuring on-time delivery and technical excellence. Responsibilities include directing a team of designers and engineers, coordinating with clients and other disciplines, and producing high-quality electrical designs, calculations, and drawings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is required.
• Current Washington State Electrical PE License is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Minimum 3 years of team management experience.
• Solid knowledge of NEC and WA/Seattle codes for commercial buildings.
• US work authorization and ability to pass pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead design team and manage project process across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate design with mechanical, architects and clients.
• Produce electrical designs, calculations, specifications and drawings.
• Provide supervision and oversight for designers, EITs, and PEs.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones and budgets.
• Attend design/construction meetings and prepare minutes/site reports.
• Ensure high-quality designs using REVIT, AutoCAD and SKM.
• Perform field verifications and site visits as needed.
