Job summary

Atlantic Electric, LLC is a South Carolina-based electrical engineering and construction contractor seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee projects from conception to delivery. You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.

You will drive pre-construction, estimating, contract management, scheduling, and procurement while maintaining safety and workmanship across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
• Airport/airfield lighting experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to plans, timelines, and budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and project evaluations.
• Create and manage project schedules, resources, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with design teams to review electrical plans and drawings.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct site visits to inspect workmanship and enforce safety protocols.
• Prepare detailed project documentation including reports and change orders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
