Lowcountry Current LLC is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial electrical construction in Charleston, SC. You will lead estimating, preconstruction, scheduling, and field coordination to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of electrical systems, project cost control, and effective leadership of field teams. Travel to local job sites and collaboration with engineers and general contractors are required.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience managing or overseeing residential and commercial electrical construction projects.
• Experience preparing construction estimates and developing project budgets.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specs.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage electrical construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, labor, materials, and deliverables.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, and material procurement strategies.
• Coordinate field operations with supervisors, electricians, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
• Prepare estimates, budgets, and change orders; manage risks.
