Job summary

Tiello LLC in Charleston, SC, is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead industrial electrical construction projects. You will serve as the primary client contact, guiding projects from preconstruction through closeout, and directing planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and execution to ensure safety, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical project management experience.
• Commercial electrical construction experience required.
• Technical degree or equivalent industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Previous estimating experience or familiarity with estimating preferred.
• Strong computer skills; AutoCAD experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasting to ensure successful project completion.
• Prepare and oversee project estimates and participate in project turnover meetings.
• Plan, schedule, and optimize project resources to maintain project timelines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners.
• Lead projects with a strong commitment to safety and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Purchasing, Equipment, HR, Finance, and Accounts Payable.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Set goals and provide leadership and coaching to Superintendents.
• Manage change orders, negotiate and resolve customer concerns, and oversee project closeout procedures.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Tiello has partnered with a highly successful Electrical Contractor in the Charleston, SC area on their search for an Electrical Project Manager for industrial electrical construction projects.

The Electrical Project Manager will serve as the company's primary point of contact with clients while leading electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and execution while ensuring safety, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction throughout each phase of the project.
