Job summary

Pillar Innovations is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Electrical to lead initiation, implementation, and management of electrical services within the Electrical Division. The role focuses on on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will work with customer service, growth initiatives, and provide ongoing improvements. Travel, weekends, and extended hours may be required as part of a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in the Industrial Electrical Industry.
• Degree or certification in electrical discipline or business administration.
• Master Electrical License in at least one state is required.
• MSHA-WV Electrical License within 2 years is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of safety and construction regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide development and oversight of project scope, scheduling, budgets, and risk management.
• Coordinate with inspectors and other trades to ensure quality standards.
• Manage work orders, billing processes, and forecasting.
• Lead project team members with coaching and coordination.
• Communicate needs to management and cultivate customer relations.
