Job summary

LeoForce in Sandy Springs, GA, is seeking an Electrical Project Manager - Industrial with mid-level experience to lead cross-functional project teams from initiation through completion to billing. You will manage customer work orders across multiple streams and align field construction with client priorities and deadlines.

The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience or a degree in engineering or construction management, strong leadership, excellent communication, and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor teams across the project lifecycle.
  • Manage customer work orders across multiple work streams from initiation to completion to billing.
  • Prepare, manage, and report on project pipeline and backlog.
  • Ensure field construction aligns with customer priorities and deadlines.
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Review/manage project schedules and constraints, providing input to support customer objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for coordination, strategic planning, scope management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement project policies, procedures, control systems, and execution plans.
  • Ensure deliverables and services meet client expectations.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, costs, schedules, procurement, safety, environmental concerns, design issues, and billing to leadership.
  • Foster positive working relationships with internal teams, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Resolve operational issues and elevate when necessary to minimize delays.
  • Manage change orders effectively.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, including but not limited to IT-related enhancements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
