Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in electrical construction or industrial project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of power distribution, lighting controls, and low-voltage cabling.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, ProNovos, and construction management software; Excel proficient.

Responsibilities

• Owns project budgets, labor hours, materials and tracks field productivity to protect labor budget and project profit.
• Prepares and submits accurate, timely progress billings and pay applications; coordinates lien waivers and receivables.
• Develops cost, cash flow, and revenue projections; reports profitability trends to leadership.
• Calculates cost-to-complete and reconciles costs to validate projections and inform actions.
• Manages and trains project staff on cost management, billing, projection, and cost-to-complete methods.
• Delivers standardized project-controls practices across divisions and supports change orders and contract administration.
