Job summary

Haskell is seeking an experienced electrical Project Superintendent/Estimator to lead projects from assignment through completion on multiple sites. You will oversee safety, scheduling, cost control, and communications with owners and executives, while managing materials, change orders, and field operations to protect profitability.

Ideal candidates will have extensive field experience in industrial electrical construction, strong knowledge of NEC standards, and the ability to travel as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Five to Seven years' field experience in industrial electrical construction as a Superintendent and/or Estimator managing crews of 10 or more at an individual job site is required.
• A minimum of five years' experience in food and/or beverage and industrial plants is required.

Responsibilities

• Estimating: Prepares detailed estimates, cost code input, and cost control systems.
• Accounts for all project work and safety of superintendents and crews for assigned projects.
• Maintain direct communication with all superintendents on a daily basis.
• Execute professional communications with customer/business owner Director and Vice President of Oreair Operations.
• Place material orders and ensure timely receipt to meet milestones and realize volume discounts.
• Process job change-orders and deliver to customers promptly.
• Field management, safety, and quality oversight to meet safety objectives.
• Manage all aspects of multiple jobsites including labor, material, budget, safety and delivery.
• Demonstrate attention to NEC details.
• Work overtime as needed, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrate profitable project history with strong safety records.
• Monitor time and materials recording and billing for each job.
• Document control: submittals, RFIs, drawings, as-builts and redlines.
• Scheduling: plan, sequence, and update project schedules with input from teams.
• Financial management: cost control, budgets, invoicing, and cash flow.
