We are a full-service Design-Build company, managing projects throughout the United States with field operations teams on location for each project. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for public and private clients, with a primary focus on the Department of Defense (DoD) market.

We are looking for an Electrical Project Manager (EPM) to join our Field Operations team in GTMO. The Electrical PM will lead all electrical aspects and phases of projects from conceptual design to final completion, supporting RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. The role may involve managing multiple electrical projects simultaneously.

Offering a competitive salary range of $130,000-$150,000, this position rewards expertise and dedication. Minimum Requirements:

1. A BA/BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience and training.
2. At least four years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager managing projects of at least $500,000 in scope.
3. Three or more years of experience with DoD project work structure, fluent understanding required.
4. Five or more years of experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager in electrical construction; experience in the design-build industry preferred.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet.
6. Preferred software literacy: McCormick, Primavera 3/6, Autodesk, BIM, Revit.
7. Certifications: CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour (training available); STS certification preferred.
8. LEED GA or AP/AP+ credentials preferred.
