Your day as a Construction Project Manager

As a Full-Time Construction Project Manager at RQ Construction, LLC, you will play a crucial role in the success of our commercial construction projects. From conceptual development to final completion, you will be involved in organizing, planning, directing, and monitoring various project processes. Leading a large medical and dental center project, you will oversee specific areas within the project, showcasing your leadership skills, teamwork, and discipline.

Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that we meet our objectives while upholding our core values of safety and integrity, all while contributing to vital healthcare infrastructure.

To excel as a Project Manager (PM) at RQ Construction, LLC, candidates must possess critical skills and qualifications, including:

• A BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience and training)
• At least four years of construction industry experience, including a minimum of one year as a Project Engineer
• Five or more years of experience or equivalent in commercial project management
• Six or more years of work experience as a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager (or equivalent), with experience in design-build industry preferred
• Experience with Medical Facilities projects highly preferred
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
• Knowledge of specific software (Primavera 3/6, Oracle, BIM, Revit/Autodesk)
• CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications (training can be provided)
• Experience managing self-performing General Contractors is a plus
