Sonepar USA in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple electrical distribution projects. You will coordinate with vendors, customers, and the sales team to meet deadlines and optimize logistics, while delivering proactive customer service.

Strong communication and scheduling skills are essential for daily updates and quality control. Requirements include 2-3 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Electrical distribution experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• Demonstration of increased responsibilities throughout career.

Responsibilities

• Work with vendors, customers, and sales team on multiple projects at a time to ensure deadlines and logistics proceed according to plan.
• Proactively pursue problem resolution with Project Managers and installers.
• Ensure reporting is accurate and all goals are met.
• Must ensure customer service is upheld to the highest standards.
• Order product specific jobs in a timely and accurate manner to ensure monthly installation targets are met.
• Deliver exceptional proactive customer service/customer care.
• Attend weekly project progress meetings and communicate with management team on the status of each project.
