Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical/automation/MES construction projects, oversee staff, and drive business development in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

The role emphasizes safe, profitable, timely project delivery with strong collaboration across Purchasing, Estimating, and Human Resources. Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with Accubid and AutoCAD are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• 5 years experience in the electrical field and 1 year of electrical estimating experience.
• Travel: 15-20%
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Accubid and AutoCAD knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects.
• Ensures projects are completed safely, profitably, timely, and to customer expectations.
• Identifies and generates new business.
• Networks, establishes, and maintains customer relationships.
• Promotes a positive Company Culture and maintains productive employee relations.
• Works with Purchasing and vendors to coordinate materials.
• Attends daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with project teams.
• Participates in performance reviews and coaches employees on growth opportunities.
• Collaborates with Human Resources on recruiting and employee relations.
• Reviews outgoing estimates with Estimating to ensure accuracy.
• Visits jobsites and engages with crew, customers, foremen, and general contractors to support project progress and safety.
