Job summary

Launching Point is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead high-profile data center construction projects, driving schedule and cost performance in a fast-paced environment. You will manage multi-million-dollar budgets from $5M to $40M+, oversee procurement and change orders, and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maximize efficiency.

As primary client contact, you will ensure code compliance, safety standards, and rigorous quality control, collaborating with engineers

Qualifications

5+ years of project management in commercial electrical construction, focused on data centers or mission-critical projects.
Experience managing budgets from $5M to $40M+.
Deep knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and low-voltage systems.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Direct all phases of electrical construction for hyper-scale data centers and mission-critical facilities.
Manage project budgets, estimating, procurement, cost-to-complete forecasting, and change orders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, engineers, and internal teams.
Leadership: Schedule and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure maximum efficiency.
