Launching Point is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead high-profile data center construction projects, driving schedule and cost performance in a fast-paced environment. You will manage multi-million-dollar budgets from $5M to $40M+, oversee procurement and change orders, and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maximize efficiency.

As primary client contact, you will ensure code compliance, safety standards, and rigorous quality control, collaborating with engineers

• 5+ years of project management in commercial electrical construction, focused on data centers or mission-critical projects.
• Experience managing budgets from $5M to $40M+.
• Deep knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and low-voltage systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and goal-oriented mindset.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial electrical construction, with a strong focus on data centers or mission-critical projects.


• Proven history of successfully managing continuous project budgets ranging from $5M to $40M+.


• Deep knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and low-voltage systems.


• Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a goal-oriented mindset.
