  • Champion jobsite safety by promoting and enforcing CVE’s safety culture, ensuring strict adherence to OHSA, NEC, NFPA, and all applicable regulations
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, closeout packages, and quality tracking logs
  • Oversee financial management (forecasting, cost tracking, invoicing, equipment rentals, and change order processing)
  • Negotiate vendor and subcontractor agreements where applicable
  • Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting on project status, resource utilization, and schedule health
  • Travel to and work from various job sites as required; this is a travel-first role supporting CVE’s national data center portfolio
Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of electrical project management experience with at least 3 years in data center, mission critical, or large-scale MEP construction
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) OR a journeyman electrician with PM experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple project phases, stakeholders, and field personnel across various locations
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, prefabrication strategies, and emerging construction technologies
  • Demonstrated experience forecasting cost and labor and controlling overall project financials
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead teams and build client trust
  • Ability to think proactively, identify and mitigate risk, and maintain momentum in high-paced environments
