Industrial Power Solutions, a Sundt Company, seeks an experienced Project Manager with a proven background in electrical construction, focusing on water/waste water, industrial, and data center projects. You will lead projects from award to completion, manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and client relationships, while upholding safety, quality, and financial performance.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience on large-scale electrical construction projects.
Demonstrated experience managing data center electrical construction projects.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from award to closeout, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, field operations, and client relationships.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and execution plans.
Coordinate resources to ensure safe, efficient, and successful project delivery; lead kickoff meetings and establish objectives and milestones.
Manage project costs, change orders, and subcontractor expenditures; monitor progress for profitability.
Serve as primary contact for owners, GCs, engineers, and stakeholders; provide regular updates on schedule and budget.
