Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience on large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems including switchgear, generators, power distribution, grounding, and electrical infrastructure.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Ability and willingness to travel nationwide for extended project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership and Execution: Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from award through completion.
• Financial Management: Manage project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Schedule and Construction Coordination: Work closely with field leadership to support schedule execution and project milestones.
• Safety and Quality: Promote and support a culture of safety across all project activities.
• Contract Administration: Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and project documentation.
• Leadership and Team Development: Provide leadership and support to Superintendents, field teams, and project staff.
